# Automatic Invitation Reminders

# Overview
This feature allows B2B organizations to automatically follow up with invited members, improving activation rates without requiring manual tracking or additional admin effort.

# How does it work?
When you invite a new member, the system will automatically send reminders (Monday - Friday) if they haven’t accepted yet:

* **1st reminder:** Sent 3 days after the original invite.

* **2nd reminder:** Sent 10 days after the original invite.

* **3rd reminder:** Sent 21 days after original invite.

# What happens if I resend an invite manually?

If you choose to manually resend an invite:

* The reminder schedule **resets** and starts again from the new send date.

* Future reminders will follow the same timeline based on the new resend date.

# Do Invites expire?

* Yes, invitations expire 30 days from the original send date.
