# How can I upgrade or downgrade a covered member plan?

1. Log in to your Optery for business organization [here](https://business.optery.com/login).
2. Select the **Manage Members** page.
3. Select the members followed by the three dots to the far right of the members name.
4. Select **Plan Switch**.
5. Select the applicable plan followed by Change Plan.
