# How do I bulk invite members via CSV file with Optery for Business?

Optery for Business Administrators can invite multiple members of your organization at the same time by utilizing the Bulk Invite feature.

**Step 1 -** Log in to your Optery for Business organization [here](https://business.optery.com/login).
**Step 2 -** Select the **Manage Members** page followed by **Bulk Invite** as seen below.

**Step 3 -** Select Download Our Template to review the required format & fields.

* **Bulk Invite Requirements**
  * Comma-separated .csv file
  * Less than 10 Mb
* **Required Fields**
  * email
  * first\_name
  * last\_name
  * plan

**Step 4 -** Once your .csv file is created with the required format and fields, choose Select File and upload your .csv file.

**Step 5 -** Review Content and confirm all rows are valid with a green checkmark. You can toggle the "Only show rows with problems" to easily review. **Important:** If any rows fail verification, correct the issues in your CSV file and re-upload. Partial imports are not supported, the file must be fully verified before invitations are sent.

**Step 6 -** Select Continue. You will receive a Your file is successfully imported and the number of invites sent.
