Signing the Limited Power of Attorney to make Optery your Authorized Agent for data broker removals
Signing the Limited Power of Attorney is Optional, but highly recommended to maximize the effectiveness of Optery's removal requests as some data brokers reject requests that do not include a signed Limited Power of Attorney.
By signing Optery's Limited Power of Attorney, you appoint Optery as your Authorized Agent for submitting your data rights requests. This is optional, but highly recommended to maximize effectiveness of Optery's removals. You can revoke the Limited Power of Attorney at any time.

Here are the steps required to appoint Optery as your Authorized Agent for data broker removals.
Navigate to the Manage Profile profile page from your Dashboard:
Click the Power of Attorney tab:
Read, agree to, and then electronically sign the Limited Power Of Attorney. Confirm and/or update your Location of Residence. The Location of Residence is important to confirm to ensure applicability of any privacy laws you may have rights to (e.g. the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)).
Click "Accept and Sign". This will dramatically improve the scope and scale of Optery's data broker removals effectiveness for you!
