Automatic Invitation Reminders

Overview

This feature allows B2B organizations to automatically follow up with invited members, improving activation rates without requiring manual tracking or additional admin effort.


How does it work?

When you invite a new member, the system will automatically send reminders (Monday - Friday) if they haven’t accepted yet:


  • 1st reminder: Sent 3 days after the original invite.


  • 2nd reminder: Sent 10 days after the original invite.


  • 3rd reminder: Sent 21 days after original invite.


What happens if I resend an invite manually?


If you choose to manually resend an invite:


  • The reminder schedule resets and starts again from the new send date.


  • Future reminders will follow the same timeline based on the new resend date.
