How can I remove unused subscriptions from my Optery For Business Admin account?

This article provides instructions on how to remove unused subscriptions from your Optery for Business account.

Access the Organization Page: Log in to your Optery for Business organization. From the left-hand navigation menu, select Organization.

Initiate Removal: On the Organization page, locate the Subscriptions Usage section and select Remove Subscriptions.

Note: Removing subscriptions may affect your discount if the number of plans no longer meets the discount requirements. A prorated amount will be charged or credited to your account.
