How can I upgrade or downgrade a covered member plan?

1. Log in to your Optery for business organization here.
2. Select the Manage Members page.
3. Select the members followed by the three dots to the far right of the members name.
4. Select Plan Switch.
5. Select the applicable plan followed by Change Plan.
