How Do I Change My Subscription Plan or Term From Monthly to Yearly Billing?
You can change your plan tier or plan term at any time, and you will not be double-charged. You can save ~17% per year on the price of your account by changing your subscription billing term from monthly to yearly.
Go to https://app.optery.com and log into your account.
On the left-hand side of your dashboard, click on “Plans” in the menu.
At the top of the page, choose your preferred billing term:
Click “Yearly” if you want to save 17% with annual billing
Click “Monthly” if you prefer to pay month-to-month
Click the button under the plan you want. It will say “Upgrade,” “Downgrade,” or “Change to Yearly” depending on your current subscription.
After selecting your new plan or billing cycle, follow the prompts to confirm and complete the change.
Note: You can switch your plan or billing cycle at any time directly from your dashboard. When upgrading, you’ll be charged a pro-rated amount for the difference between your current and new plan, so you won’t be double charged. If you decide to downgrade, you’ll receive a credit for the unused portion of your current plan.
