How can I pause my subscription?

If you want to temporarily stop the billing and plan to continue it later, we have a pause subscription feature. This allows you to temporarily stop the billing and usage of the subscription without canceling it entirely.

You can pause your subscription for 12, 24, or 36 weeks, your billing will stop and resume once you reactivate your subscription. You can do it manually by logging into your account.

Go to account and click pause subscription

Select the duration you would want to pause your subscription.
