If you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of your first the purchase please follow each of the steps below to obtain your refund.
Note 1: If you do request a refund, in order to process your refund, your plan will immediately be downgraded back down to the Free Basic tier. Once a refund is processed, the Optery subscription service will discontinue immediately.
Note 2: There may only be one "first purchase", therefore, multiple refund requests from the same customer will not be honored.

Send your refund request via the contact options listed at the bottom of the page on our Help Desk (e.g. email or live chat). Be sure to include the primary email address on your account.
Your full refund will be processed within 5 business days.
