How does SSO/SCIM work? How do I get started with SSO/SCIM for my organization?

As Optery enhances the experience for business customers, we're introducing a self-service SSO and SCIM onboarding flow. This allows your organization to use its Identity Authentication Provider (IAP) for seamless employee access to Optery accounts. Our solution supports a broad range of Identity Providers including Okta, Google, Azure, ADP, OpenID, Auth0, and more.

SSO (Single Sign-On) offers centralized authentication, allowing single login access across multiple systems, reducing login fatigue and improving security. For details on integrating your organization's SSO with Optery, visit our SSO integration guide (https://help.optery.com/en/article/how-to-enable-sso-scim-for-your-organization-d9njdo).

Benefits of integrating SSO include:

Enhanced user experience with simplified logins.
Improved security through centralized authentication and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Increased operational efficiency and reduced IT costs by automating user management and minimizing password-related support.

Optery charges a nominal fee for SSO support, prorated based on your billing cycle. More information is available at Operty for Business (https://business.optery.com/organization?tab=sso-scim-provision).

SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) enhances security and user management by standardizing the exchange of user identities across systems. It ensures accurate access controls and minimizes unauthorized data sharing risks. To learn more about integrating SCIM with Optery, check our SCIM integration guide (https://help.optery.com/en/article/how-to-enable-sso-scim-for-your-organization-d9njdo).

Integrating SCIM offers:

Reduced IT workload through automated user management.
Enhanced security with standardized protocols.
Consistent user information across applications.
Easy integration with third-party applications without infrastructure changes.

A nominal fee applies for SCIM support, also prorated based on your billing cycle, and SCIM requires SSO to function. For more details, visit Optery For Business (https://business.optery.com/organization?tab=sso-scim-provision).
