How to create/set up your Optery for Business organization
Optery for Business provides an award-winning personal data removal service to your organization, protecting your employees and executives from phishing, social engineering, identity theft, fraud, harassment, and other PII-based cyber threats.

Create you Optery for Business organization
Step 1 - Create your Optery for Business organization here.
- NOTE: If you have already created/set up an Optery for Business organization, please login here and proceed to this Help Desk article.
- If you have an Optery Personal account, you can utilize the same credentials to create your Optery for Business organization here.

Options for Purchasing Licenses
Enterprise
- To discuss Enterprise pricing for your organization, please complete this form. Once complete, a member of the Optery for Business team will reach out to align on next steps.
Self-Service
Step 1 - Upon completing the above steps to create your Optery for Business organization, you will be prompted to add a Credit Card to unlock the applications full functionality.
- NOTE: All organizations default to Monthly billing at our standard list pricing.
- Monthly Billing (default, most flexible)
- With your default, Monthly "Pay As You Go" billing option, you can activate and deactivate covered members at any time, and each month you pay only for members who have activated a license. This provides maximum flexibility for cash flow management and dynamic coverage needs. You avoid vendor lock in, and there's no need to pre-pay for service you may not use later.
- Yearly Billing
- Pay As You Go
- With the Yearly "Pay As You Go" billing option, your total cost per plan is lowered through the yearly discounting, and you maintain the flexibility of paying only for plans when they are activated. This provides maximum value combined with flexibility.
- Full PrePay
- With the Yearly "Full Prepay" billing option, you tell us how many plans you want to purchase in advance, we will invoice you, and you will pre-pay for a set number of plans in advance. The volume discounting is greatest and this billing option is sometimes preferred for its predictable annual lump sum billing. If your needs change, you can always purchase more plans later at a pro-rated rate for partial billing terms.


Step 2 - After adding your Credit Card information, select the Organization page in your Admin Dashboard to Buy your first subscription.

Step 3 - Select the number of Core Pro and/or Ultimate Pro plans to buy for your organization. Next, select Confirm Purchase.
