How to enable SSO & SCIM for your organization?

Optery has a self-service flow to make the SSO and SAML available to our customers. Here are the steps that need to be completed before proceeding.

Login to your Optery for Business dashboard and access the "Organization" tab,

In the Organization page, access the 'Single Sign-on / Provision' tab to access the SSO/SCIM feature

Add your organization's domain to proceed to the checkout option.

Click the "Continue to Checkout" button once a domain is added. This will display the SSO/SCIM checkout, as shown below.

After completing the checkout, users can proceed to click "Generate SSO setup link" / "Generate SCIM setup link." This link is valid for 24 hours, and you can share it with your organization's IT manager.

Once you have received the link and successfully enabled SSO/SCIM for your organization, proceed to follow detailed helpdesk article - SAML / SSO / SCIM Integration Options for Optery for Business

The Integration Status of the SSO/SCIM is made available on the Optery for Business dashboard.

This integration can be revoked at any time at your convenience by using the toggle option, upon which you will be prompted with a confirmation dialog to proceed.
