How to Export PII Removal Status Reports for Your Organization Members
Optery for Business Administrators can generate a CSV export of the PII removal status for one or more organization members. The export is processed asynchronously and delivered via a secure, time-limited download link sent to your email.
Who Can Use This Feature
This feature is available to Administrators on Optery for Business accounts.
How to Generate an Export
Step 1: Log in to your Optery for Business account and go to Manage Members.
Step 2: Click Export Report in the table toolbar. An export configuration modal will open.

Step 3: Configure your export:
- Members: Select the members.
- Status filter: Filter by a specific removal status. Default is All.
- Group: Optionally filter by a member group.
Step 5: Click Generate Export. A confirmation message will appear indicating the export is being processed.
Step 6: Check your email. Once the file is ready, you will receive an email with a secure download link. The link expires 48 hours after it is generated.
What's Included in the Export
Each row represents one data broker profile for one member. If a member's removal status changed over time at a given data broker, multiple rows will appear for that combination — one per status change.

Status Updated At | Date the status was last updated (format: YYYY-MM-DD) |
Profile Link | Direct URL to the data broker listing where the member's data was detected. Available for profiles in Found status only. |
Screenshot URL | Expiring link to the exposure screenshot, if one is available. Expires 90 days after the export is generated. Empty if no screenshot exists for that profile. |
Opt-Out Status values
- Found: The member's data was detected at this data broker.
- Submitted: An opt-out request has been submitted.
- In Progress: The opt-out request is being processed.
- Removed: The profile has been removed, or was not found at this data broker.
Important Notes
- The export is processed asynchronously. The file is delivered by email only.
- The download link expires 48 hours after it is generated. After expiration, the link will no longer work. You can generate a new export at any time.
- Screenshot URLs in the export expire 90 days after the export is generated.
- The export does not aggregate data. Each row represents a single status event, allowing you to track status changes over time and calculate metrics across periods.
FAQ
Can I export data for all members at once?
Yes. Select all members report modal.
Can I filter the export by a specific removal status?
Yes. Use the Status filter in the export configuration modal. The default is All.
How long does the export take to generate?
Processing time depends on the number of members and the selected timeframe. You will receive an email when the file is ready.
Can I generate a new export if my download link expired?
Yes. You can trigger a new export from the Manage Members table at any time.
Can I trigger an export from the Public API?
Not at this time. Export via the Public API is planned for a future release.
