How do I manage AI Model Preferences for my organization?

Optery for Business provides organization Administrators the ability to manage AI Model Preferences organization-wide. AI Model Preferences managed by an organization Administrators for an Optery for Business organization should not be confused with AI Model Preferences for individuals. The following AI Model Preferences are available to organization Administrators:

Allow members to choose (Internal default)
Internal (default)
External (OpenAI)

By default, all organization Members are defaulted to Allow members to chose (Internal default) - if you would like to enforce a specific AI Model Preference for your Members organization-wide, you must choose one of the other two options (Internal (default) or External (OpenAI)) on your Preferences page.

Allow members to choose (Internal default)

Select this option if you want provide your Members with the option to choose for themselves between Internal (default) or External (OpenAI).
When using this option, all Members default initially to Internal (default) and must affirmatively opt in to External (OpenAI) if they so choose.

Internal (default)

Select this option if you want to force all Members in your Organization to utilize Internal (default).

External (OpenAI)

Select this option if you want to force all Members in your Organization to utilize External (OpenAI).
