How can I control the emails I receive from Optery, unsubscribe or update my notification preferences?

You're always in control of the emails you receive from Optery. You can update your choices anytime from the Notification Preferences section of your Account page, or by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Optery email.


We want every email we send to be useful to you, so we make it easy to choose exactly which updates reach your inbox.


Option 1: Update your preferences from your Account page

  1. Open your Account page. Click Account in the left menu of your Optery dashboard, or go directly to https://app.optery.com/account
  2. Go to Notification Preferences. Scroll to the Notification Preferences section.
  3. Choose your emails. Turn each type of email on or off to match what you'd like to receive, or select the option to unsubscribe from all.
  4. Save your changes if prompted. Your new preferences take effect right away.



Control the email you receive with your Notification Preferences



  1. Open any email from Optery.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click Unsubscribe.
  3. Choose to update your Notification Preferences or unsubscribe from all.


This option is perfect when you're already in your inbox and want to make a quick change.

Stay informed about your privacy protection: Optery emails keep you up to date on your scans, removal progress, and new exposures we find. Many members choose to keep these updates on so they always know how their protection is working, while turning off emails they don't need. You can adjust your choices as often as you like.
