No. Optery acts only as your Authorized Agent and only for the purpose of submitting your opt-out and deletion requests on your behalf, as you expressly permit us to do when you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at account creation. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties in a way that would generate spam.

While an increase in spam is a frustrating experience, it could be driven by many external factors, including the use of AI by automated spammers. We cannot know the specific reason(s) for an increase in any individual’s inbox, but we remain committed to removing your personal information from the data brokers that often fuel these lists.
