How our Privacy Plans work and how they are priced.
What's the difference between the Core, Extended, and Ultimate plan tiers? Why should I choose Ultimate over the other plans?
The primary differences between the Core, Extended, and Ultimate plans are related to the data brokers each plan covers. Ultimate customers also get covered first when new data brokers are added to our system. When a new data broker is added, it is added first to the Ultimate plan before consideration at a later date in the Core or Extended plans. Does Optery work in other countries than the United States (e.g. Canada)?
No - Optery only works for U.S. residents at this time. If you live in a country other than the U.S. (e.g. Canada), you can still create an account, and we'll notify you when we begin supporting your country.
My profile was removed from a data broker, but the link is still showing up in Google, Bing, Yahoo, or DuckDuckGo?
After a profile has been removed from a data broker, the link still may appear in Google's cached results for a few weeks before it ages out of Google's cache and is deleted. If you'd like to remove the link from Google's cache on an expedited basis, you can submit the old link to your profile into Google's outdated content tool here: https://search.google.com/search-console/remove-outdated-content This is not something we currently provide with our plans, but we're strongly considering ad
Opt out coverage limitations for Radaris
This page explains how Optery's removals plans cover Radaris. Whereas most data brokers comply with opt out requests and remove personal information about you from their web sites without much trouble, Radaris is notoriously difficult and does not fully comply with these requests. For this reason, many of our competitors do not cover Radaris. We prefer not to give a bad actor a free pass, and are continuing to pursue multiple channels to have our customers' profiles removed from Radaris.

How do I cancel my plan?
Log in to your Optery account Click on Account in the left navigation Scroll to the bottom of the page and then click the red button that says "Cancel Plan"
